“When fish and cheese collide”
You need the following ingredients
1x sweet pepper 🫑
3x Morris piper potato
1x 1/2 Philadelphia cheese
Approximately 10 chunks of fish from a pie mix (frozen)
About a 1/3rd of a 400g Red Leicester cut into cubes
Clean and Chop the Morris piper potatoes into small sugar lump size cubes and throw them into the cooker bowl
Followed by chopped sweet pepper into small square tiles and thrown in bowl
Drop in a few desired fish chunks in the bowl, (I use frozen fish because it is only for one person and this helps save on waste when comes to keeping food fresh)
Pour 1 shot glass of spring water into the bowl
Then place lid on top and twist it into lock position and making sure vent knob is turned to lock in pressure.
1, Now press manual button
2, click on pressure and > to set on high
3, click on Manual button
3, click on the < button to move time to 20 minutes
Then don’t press anything at all, in a few seconds the cooker will start 💨 and will start creating pressure until the Pressure level is reached, the vent in lid handle will eventually suddenly lock when pressure has reached.
Then you can leave it safely.
When cooking is complete, let it vent out until it stops.
While this is happening chop one 3rd of a 400g block of Red Leister Cheese into small cubes
Now the venting has finished, it is now safe to remove the lid,
Now get the potato mashing tool and squash the potatoes, fish 🐟 and pepper 🫑 until all nice and mushy
Now throw in the cheese cubes and half a tub of Philadelphia cream cheese
Place lid back onto cooker and twist back to lock position and return pressure valve back to locked position too.
Select Manual and just use the < button to move timer ⏲ to 5 minutes only! Then a few seconds later it will start up again.
After the cooker finishes and you have released the pressure, lift off the lid and use the plastic spoon that came with pressure cooker to mix all the contents of bowl perfectly together.
It is now ready to be served and enjoyed,
